Well said. There’s absolutely a disconnect between traditional education, which has changed relatively little in 100 years, and the rapidly evolving demands of today’s workplace. We need to reinvent our conception of school. New curricula should focus on attributes like storytelling, creativity and empathy. Peter Diamandis proposes a good model for this:
