‘’Life can only be understood Backwards, but it must be lived Forwards’’ (Anonymous)

This quote beautifully sums up the importance of #Experiences in one’s life. Either they are good or bad they are source of learning for a person and this will help him in his life afterwards. Experiences which are good or bad, they are worthy to share with others so that others may get lessons from it and do apply in their lives.

Now let us talk about the linkage of Happiness with positivism. the key to be happy is to remain positive in every condition. Positive thoughts are like MAGNETS, they attract Happiness and good things toward you. A positive mindset will result whatever positive you were thinking. Its all the Mind Game. The positive your mindset is, you will get positive and if you are having negative mindset, everything will go in Negativity. Shawn Anchor in his Ted talk gave an excellent example of the power of mind to change situations. When his sister fell(broken her arm) and was about to wake his parents Shawn just changed her mindset and complimented her fall like an Unicorn 😆 . It was just a positive compliment that let her forget all her pain and focus on just being Unicorn. Thus Mind is the game changer.

Before joining Amal and going through the course of Positivism. Whenever I went for Job Tests and Interviews, I used to have in my mind that my efforts are just useless here and they are not going to help me etc. For instance I was called for an interview at Mindbridge Pvt Limited which is an outsourcing Call Center. I went there with my negative mindset that there is lot of competition here and I am not going to get hired. This mindset led to my nervousness and in interview it nearly faded me away like I was very much confused and even being good at English communication I was not performing well. Also I did very well in my IB recruitment Test through NTS. I reached the third stage of test i.e firstly initial test then Psychological Test and in the Last IQ test. From the very first test I was very positive and when it come to my Typing test, negativity started to come that I am not gonna perform well I am not good at typing etc. although I got typing speed of 35 wpm and requirement was 30 wpm I didn't performed well in test and I torely blame it to my mindset. So I can relate these experiences with Shawn Anchor’s Ted talk.

Shawn Anchor suggested some steps to practice so that we can have positive mindset. Firstly we should write down at least three thing we are grateful of for 21 days in a row. now brain will look for positive things not negative.
* journalize one positive experience you had over past 24 hours so that you may relive it afterwards.
* Meditate it will allow your brain toget over cultural ADHD and tries to focus on work
* Be open for peoples feedback for you through emails social media etc.

Lets all of us take an oath of being positive !!
