100 Days of Code: Day 5
I’ve made it to the last project for my Responsive Web Design certification on FreeCodeCamp — Making a Portfolio.
Only problem is…I have too many ideas for a portfolio! Ack! So I’m actually going to spend some time this week working on the different versions of my portfolio and figure out which one I’m going to use.

Tonight was spent working on portfolio version 01. It’s a Bootstrap template that I modified to fit the look of the portfolio template FreeCodeCamp used as an example.
I like how it’s really simple, but I’m not sure how much I like the layout. I used a color palette from Coolors.co, a laptop icon from Font Awesome, placeholder images from Placekitten, and tested how the site looks in mobile view using the Chrome extension Emmet Re:view. I highly suggest using Emmet Re:view — it makes mobile view testing SO MUCH EASIER!

So that’s it for version 01 of my portfolio. I hope to work on version 02 soon. Still need to get some of the details together before I start coding it. But I’m confident in my abilities to successfully succeed. ^_^
