Proportional distribution of “Profits”

One of the greatest problem of the business world is the non-proportional distribution of what the employee generates for profit and what the employer pays for it.

I believe that most of the employees receive the minimum wage or just a little above it, that is, only what is necessary to not starve and be able to rent a bed to sleep.

One of the solutions I see to lessen this difference is the reduction of profit margins by companies, including government taxes and “treating the state as a company”, and at least maintaining the salary.

This would imply lowering prices, at least of the basic items (food, education, housing, health), that will increase the access to these items and more savings, which would result in a better quality of life for all. then now, these workers can dream and run after the day to become an entrepreneur, creating another vantage, making the possibily to generato more job offers.

I see it as a snowball:
Increases purchasing power, increases quality of life, increases economy, increases jobs.

And in the end, I think the profit is bigger, in any way.
