First Three Tasks:-
Following are the tasks that are need:
- Gym Membership
2. Diet Plan
3. Gym Partner
Task 1:
I go to University of Management and Technology city ,Lahore. I’m there until the evening, so i made a decision to hitch a gymnasium within the nearest locality. The gymnasium I actually have joined is “New World Gym” in Johar Town Lahore.
Task 2:
I asked my the athletic facility owner to create me a diet arrange as i would like to cut back fat count in my body. He has Recommended me to prevent intake things that begin with Chaay .
- Chai (Indian Tea)
- Chawal (Rice)
- Cheeni (Sugar)
Task 3:
Since I needed a gymnasium buddy, I asked my friend shahryar Khan to join the gymnasium with me. Having a gymnasium sidekick will prove terribly fruitful as you’ll be able to inspire one another and facilitate the opposite in acting sets.
QUESTIONS:-
1.What was the project/goal that you wanted to achieve in your #juststart project?
The goal that i needed to attain during this activity was to require management of my very own fitness and wellbeing. If an individual is work and powerful me is in a position to tackle tasks advises to him with nice ease. Moreover , my second goal was to urge my body in form . Lastly, creating fitness and athletic facility a district of my daily routine was my goal.
2 . Why did you want to achieve this?
I needed to realize this goal as a result of last summers i used to be longing biographies of some renowned folks. one among the common aspects of their lifestyle was that they were all early risers and exercised daily. Thus, I unbroken that side in my mind and tried to include this in my daily routine.
3. What were the challenges that you’ve faced in the past towards achieving this?
It was not the primary time that I even have joined a athletic facility. but on every occasion i joined I either, skipped too several sessions or quit when a number of days. This was chiefly as a result of lack of motivation to exercise or because of not having a athletic facility sidekick. However , currently I even have found ways in which past these short comming.
4: What was your experience completing these tasks?
I really enjoyed completing these tasks,as they challenged me to achieve goal that were beneficial for my well being.
5. What were the challenges that you faced?
There were not several challenges, of these that were I tackled them in a very timely manner.
6. What did you learn from this experience?
Following were the items I learnt from my experience:
→ Punctuality
→ Following a daily routine
→ Staying match and healty
→ Concept of health is wealth
7. What are the next steps?
The next steps I would like to focus on might be:
→ Shifting to a athletic facility with higher instrumentation
→ To maintain a high protein less fat diet
→ To schedule my sleep hours
