“The death of someone we love changes our lives forever. “, so say Alan D. Wolfelt at “The Journey Through Grief: The Six Needs of Mourning”.

Navigating life after a ruthless massacre can feel like walking through a maze in the dark. The aftermath of such an experience often leads people through a complex emotional journey known as the five stages of grief.

When someone you love dies, you naturally question the meaning and purpose of life. You may discover yourself searching for meaning in your continued living as you ask “How?” and “Why?” questions. “How could God let this happen?” “Why did this happen now, in this way?” The death reminds you of your lack of control. It can leave you feeling powerless. Mourning is an emotional, physical, and spiritual necessity. In reconciliation, the sharp, ever-present pain of grief gives rise to a renewed sense of meaning and purpose. Your feeling of loss will not completely disappear, yet they will soften, and the intense pangs of grief will become less frequent. The person who died will never be forgotten.

Fields of October 7, a Unity project, is a very special project that we worked on in an attempt to give the soul an opportunity for comfort and release. The events of October 7 in Israel shocked an entire country.

In an attempt to recover from the terrible results, we created a memorial project for all the victims of the attack on October 7.

A remembrance project for all victims of the October 7th terror attack

On October 7th 2023, The terror organization Hamas, which controlled the autonomous Gaza Strip at the border of Israel and Egypt, launched an attack against Israeli civilian villages as well as a few military encampments near the strip’s borders, while launching thousands of artillery rockets towards hundreds of many more. Many civilians were murdered in their homes. Most of them live in a region known for its Spring wild Anemone, Poppy and Buttercup bloom, coloring its fields with red and green.

The digital environment you are about to enter is our tribute to the memory of all Israelis, Jews and Muslims, who were murdered at Hamas’s attack.

Every flower has a name, please take your time and walk in the fields. Visit the website on a computer for the full experience.
