The End Of Java Phones?

I have been watching how Some Mobile Manufacturers have been competiting which each other all this season, all of them trying to bring out the best they can, but you know the hidden truth, Java running OS Mobile was never mentioned.

I was a java phone lover since I was a child because of some of its features, even before Android started been so versatile now.

The price of some java phones then can buy two good breathing Android phone now. I know that In a world where technology exist, things are getting more advance everyday than ever, it is growing more rapidily, but I haven’t any change in java phones.

Since Microsoft Bought Nokia in September 2013, I stopped seing new java phones.
They now focus on Windows Mobile Phones.

Even when the purchase was going on, I was thinking if they are going to continue in production of java phones, but they didn’t even make any comment about that.

Nokia was the best Manufacturer of Java phones as far as I can remember, there are many other manufacturers of Java like Samsung, LG and other Manufacturers.

It has been long I saw a new produced Samsung Java Phone. They have my second choice in selection of Java phones after Nokia. But I don’t think that there will be another company is going to replace Nokia standardisction in production of Java phones.

In my Residing Country, there are many Manufacturers that are producing some Java Base Nokia phones in Qwerty and touch screen Format. Some of them are not even produced in my country but due my country is one of highest country in consumption of Electronics device specifically Mobile phones, there’s a high demand of many types of phones.

There are many manufacturers of Chinese Base Java Phones. They can install some Varieties of Java apps, there are some apps that won’t be able to install or run at all. Some of them won’t run properly.

I don’t think that there will ever be a strong s40 phones that will replace those one that was produced by nokia like those ones built by Nokia Coporation

They started even Manufacturing some phone that are not Java but they have java app(s) pre-installed in them.
Many of them are not even Java at all, I can just call them mobile phone without no specification, they only do what other phone does like making calls, recieving text and multimedia messages, you can set alarm and other things a normal phone can do.

I discovered that many of them focused on programming a social into those phones. They phones are not java in any way at all, it will never install a jar app or jad app you download form the internet, but its manufacturer programmed a java app into it. Most of the java apps are mainly Social apps like Facebook and WhatsApp.
You can’t even install a Facebook jar app into it by yourself, you can’t even upgrade the already apps, whatsapp installed in it never get obsolete. I don’t know how in the world they do that.

Some of those phones are Tecno Mobile Phones, M-Horse and other phones that I have not come accross before.

Most of them operate only in my residing country, but are not to be trusted, they way they produce some of thoses phones and it development shows no commitment in it. They produce it because people wants it.

People are easily attracted to some of them because of it pre-installed Social app like Facebook and WhatsApp and it price. You can afford some of as know as $20 each.

WhatsApp recently announced that they will they will be limiting Compatibility of Phones that can run whatsapp. To make this straight, whatsapp will no longer run on Java phones. S40 phones comprises of all the Java phones you have know most especially Nokia Phones. WhatsApp said in their blog that they will no longer be running of s40 phones. They will only run on higher Blackberries, higher Windows and also higher Android phones exceeding android 2.2 and later.

With this type of decision made by WhatsApp, do you think that those Manufacturers of Java Phones will still be able to continue producing Those clone device? Do you think people will still be able to buy those phones whereas that those Things they are looking for are no longer existing in those phones.

Do you think Microsoft will still be be able to manufacturer a java enable Phones.? Is there any hope for that.

What is your view on this? Are you still seing a Java enabled Phone in your country, do you think that Java phones will be restored just like the reign of other smartphone.
We will like to hear from you.
