Look closer: there is a common thread between all the examples I used, and a bomb targeting technology would not meet its requirements.

But to make it easier: each one of those technologies (agriculture, legal codes, printing Press, automobile, internet) lowered the costs of communication and collaboration between larger and larger groups of people.

They all tremendously expanded the scope, complexity, and geographic reach of nonzero sum games between humans, with transformative results.
