I’ve worked with startups, such as Rent the Runway, Citibike, and Hulu, racing to disrupt industries in dire need of change. I’ve helped legacy companies such as The New York Times, TD Ameritrade, and NBC Universal discern how to transition from old ways of operating to embracing digital-first strategies — building sustainable products, streamlining user experiences, and aligning technology with evolving customer expectations.
