The fractional leader is an integrated part of the team, there to collaborated with eveveryone.

For over two decades, I’ve been immersed in the world of product development, building digital products and guiding companies through transformation, whether they were ready for it or not. I’ve worked with startups, such as Rent the Runway, Citibike, and Hulu, racing to disrupt industries in dire need of change. I’ve helped legacy companies such as The New York Times, TD Ameritrade, and NBC Universal discern how to transition from old ways of operating to embracing digital-first strategies — building sustainable products, streamlining user experiences, and aligning technology with evolving customer expectations.

Along the way, I started noticing a pattern: the same challenges, the same mistakes, and the same lessons, repeated across companies of all sizes and industries. It became clear that many organizations struggled not because they lacked vision, but because they lacked a clear way to connect that vision with a strategy for execution.

Here’s the thing: launching a product is just the beginning.
