Follow Me and I Won’t Follow You Back

Just because someone follows you is not a reason in itself for you to follow them back. It’s not Twitter for heaven’s sake. It’s not a game, so you don’t need to mention that you follow back. It’s funny when I see someone with a large following, only to realize they are following just as many people or more. Your followers enjoy what you write. Hopefully, they are not following you because their friends follow you like on Facebook. This is Medium. This is a writing platform.
