The quality, standards, and abilities of editors and publications across Medium runs from ethical magazines with a functioning editorial regime to something just thrown up by someone who knows less about editing than I do about corprate accounting (that would be nothing). It is a serious weakness in the overall growth and capacity of the publication program.
