I Think I’ve Got it!

There may be a few reasons at play here. It was Tuesday, Tremaine L. Loadholt and Jack Herlocker. It was the day after a holiday. I had all sorts of “bad” things to eat and drink — hot dogs, potato chips, onion dip, potato salad, pickles, a lemon tart, an oreo cookie sandwich, and handfuls of dark chocolate M&M’s.

I also got out of bed before noon, which is unheard of for me. I’ve been going to bed after 3am and going to sleep between 4am and 6am, so it definitely could have been my body clock reacting to daylight.

Alexainie and I have begun to work in The Artist’s Way Morning Pages Journal (a daily free writing exercise). She mentions that it’s like a detox. It’s entirely possible because it’s very similar, if not the same, as free associating on the analyst’s couch.

Charles Harry Mackenzie, that’s an interesting theory. It’s reminiscent of a wind up toy with an on and off switch. I might like to have one of those :)

And Woodsburner, another interesting thought, but I’m never bored. However, I’m definitely going to be checking out my shadow.

But whatever the reason for my feeling “off,” I am back to normal today… whatever that may be.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
