Your Tomorrow Is Today

Many people waste valuable time thinking about tomorrow while living in today. For some of us, we can’t wait until tomorrow comes because today carries issues that we would rather not deal with. We fool ourselves into thinking that another day will produce solutions to our problems so long as we avoid the problem for as long as possible. Tomorrow becomes some indefinite time in the future that never seems to come fast enough and never comes at all. The more we wait to do tomorrow what should be done today, the less we will accomplish in the long run.

Every tomorrow always turns into today. Each day we wake up, we are greeted with a day we have never seen before and one we will never see again. This should propel us to do all we can in this one day that we have right before us. Tomorrow may never come. Today summons us to nullify wishful thinking that is based in hope-sos, maybes, and ifs, and to void out negative thoughts. This day is the only moment we have to realize our potential and to turn our dreams into reality. What we hope to do at some indefinite time in the future, like tomorrow, can be done just as well today.

Time passes fast enough, and all the tomorrows we hoped for, would have come and passed us by. So don’t waste time thinking about a day that you have no control over. All we have is right now and right now is precious. This moment, this minute, this very second of life is all the future we can really handle at once. We are responsible for making the right decisions to do what we hope to do tomorrow, today. Every day that comes is a new day full of golden opportunities waiting for us to embrace them.

The tomorrow you are looking for is already here. Don’t let it pass you by. Don’t let the knowledge of what might or what could happen scare you from living life today. As good as you are today will be as good as you will be tomorrow. What you plan today will be what you act upon tomorrow. The purpose you hold in your heart today will follow you into tomorrow. Time is of the essence so don’t wait any longer to fulfill your dreams, accomplish your goals, and live the life you’ve always wanted. Let your tomorrow start today.
