• Tube: Main support system of the vaporizer
• Cartridge: Where the e-liquid, aka e-juice is filled up.
• Atomizer: Responsible for heating up the e-liquid and creating vapor that the user inhales and exhales.
• Cartomizer: This is the cartridge and atomizer rolled into one.
• E-liquid: the main component that creates vapor
While every thing else is self explanatory in terms of the name given to them, the most essential product to be know in a the e-liquid or the e-juice. The components of an e-juice cannot be shared as they different from brand to brand but the basic make is of Vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol, nicotine and flavoring. The level of nicotine in an e-liquid depends on the brand that one prefers.
When buying an e-liquid, one must make sure that the contents of the juice are not harmful and a professional is selling the same. The idea of using a vaporizer is to quit smoking, and e-liquid is taken to be a favorable and less harmful option for the same. However, it has been discovered that e-liquid being sold in the market can prove to be more harmful if the contents of the juice are changed.
The two basic contents of e-liquid are Vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is an organic liquid with no odor and a slightly sweet taste. It has been successfully used as a food, medication and cosmetics additive for a long time. Asthma inhalers use propylene glycol. Vegetable glycerin is a very common food additive that is also used in medications and cosmetics. VG is a thicker liquid than PG. The throat hit is not as strong as what propylene glycol but one gets more vapors by the use of it.
