Thanks for the feedback, however you will find that the premise is backed up by UNHCR official statistics, at least for the Aegean route. It does seem as though mostly men are crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa. My experience related to the mostly Syrian, Afghan, and Iraqi’s, crossing from Turkey. Men typically travel first, which is why the camps are filled with women and children. You will learn more from talking to volunteers and following official stats than you ever will from photos, mine included.
