Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine sales

Pfizer’s total revenue nearly doubled from $41.9B in 2020 to $81.2B in 2021. The growth in revenue can be attributed to Comirnaty, the brand name for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

Comirnaty accounted for 45% of Pfizer’s revenue in 2021 and outsold the next top 10 Pfizer products by over $10B.

Pfizer is forecasting a further $32B in Comirnaty vaccine sales in 2022.
