Paradise? Ah, but it is, indeed, a paradise. Dubai is truly an oasis, an extremely rare one, out in the desert. Fueled by petrol money, oil tycoons, hybridised idea of capitalism witha belief that is archiac and discriminatory at its core.

It is a paradise for those seeking new money, job opportunities, It is a paradise for the elite riches to spend a portion of their wealth in Dubai. But, I personally find it difficult to believe they will be on par, by reputation, with cities like London, Berlin, Madrid, Beijing, Singapore, New York, Cape Town, Buenos Aires to name a few. Heck, I'd rather visit Kuala Lumpur repeatedly than Dubai! Malaysia is a Muslim country.
