The world through her eyes
Your eyes are the bluest ocean
With the bluest sky
And the blue jays fly
The air whispers for you and I
How can I remain stressed?
When I look into your eyes.
I calm myself as if at bed dreaming how beautiful our kids will be.
Your eyes can end war.
So much for hatred and racism
All gone, of this I’m sure.
Your blue eyes tell a deeper story
Besides the beauty,
I see pain and sorrow
But they are also hopeful
For tomorrow
And the next days after that
You appreciate what a lot of us take for granted
With your eyes: You see how beautiful the world is and how lucky we all are
If only more people had your eyes. This world would be better.
Definitely more lovable.
