Yes, while immigration numbers account for a small percentage of the overall population, small communities that already struggle in today’s world have found it hard to cope with the sudden pressure of EU citizens coming over. If it’s statistically unlikely it makes a difference, that perhaps doesn’t account for the fact the UK is a much smaller nation. It’s like 65m living in Florida, not the current 20m.
