I like that approach Rick! You’re helping me realize the general Prioritization Matrix seems to scale really well in a company. Small or large teams can find it useful when used correctly. It’s always a little clunky to use but generally it’s effective at getting everyone, as you say, “working from the same assumptions/understandings”.
