I was referring to immigration. Not tourism. All Central American countries are VERY strict with their immigration laws. Yet, for some reason the US is expected to just let anyone who wants to be there, just come in. And if you happen to want to enforce immigration rules in the US, you’re a racist. But if Costa Rica or Panama or Mexico (take your pick because they are all VERY strict on their immigration laws) are tough on immigration, well that’s just their perogative. But when the US is tough, that’s racism. It’s a double standard.
