I like the different take you took for a s’mores cookie. I know there are many recipes out there for a s’mores cookie, but I have never seen one baked like a mini pie. I also really liked how your cookie was presented. It looked as good as it tasted and was one of my favorite cookies I tasted during class.

I wish I could try this cookie again. I also wish you numbered the steps to your recipe because it got a little confusing and I would love to make these myself.

What if after the 12 minutes of the cookies baking, you added mini marshmallows to the top of the dough. It would then be a topping to your “pie” cookie and the marshmallows will toast like a real s’more or at least I think they would turn a nice golden brown.
