How to increase the value of your content

So remember when creating your content, you should keep your audience wants and needs first. One example is to choose the best content medium to convey your point. Each content medium has strengths and weaknesses. You should also focus on the type of content that can really benefit them.
Focus on your audience
So a few years ago, I wanted to start a t-shirt company. I tried to brand it as cool t-shirts. Nobody cared enough to buy anything from me.
Once I decided to sell “anime” t-shirts, I was able to create a very specific target. People started sharing my shirts and tagging friends on Facebook. It was easy to spread it around and market it because it was like a club.
You should always place the focus on the audience. People you create content, products, and services for. They invest into your brand so you should invest into them as well.
The more you can target that audience the more ROI you will get for high-value content. Anything you create should be for your audience. Don’t worry about leaving certain people out. The ones who need the information you give will appreciate you so much more.
Create the image of your ideal follower in your mind. Start creating content that will appeal to that specific person instead of everyone that fits. The more you can focus in on that demographic, the more sales that you will actually make.
Build Relationships
This is just another change to the way we do business. Companies used to just push out products and try to market them. Now you have to be a media company and relate to your audience.
That’s a part of the new subscription business models. People now go for longer term relationships with the brands they love. They look for the brands that give the most value.
You can subscribe and not get stuck in long-term contracts or be stuck with in the moment decisions. You can decide which brands you’re going to stick with after trying out free trials.
The more you pay attention to how much value you’re giving your audience. You can gain so much more loyalty. When you come off as so much more engaged, people feel a connection to your brand.
Customer Value
Stop trying to take and focus on giving to your audience. You have to show your audience and provide them with a genuine change. Giving your audience actionable advice is the best form of opt-ins.
The power of integrity lets you build win-win relationships with your customer. An example of how you can give value is by creating step-by-step action plans for your audience.
You can even focus your pricing on value. Charging based on the change you create with them. You should get the customer bought in to growing along with your brand.
Brand value is just as important. You have to market with congruence and authenticity. There are a lot of great companies out there.
When you focus on a cause and aim to create a change, you can create a more genuine impact. Add value, while staying authentic.
Everyone is so focused on sales funnels, but the highest value route I’ve seen to this day are things like content funnels and freebies. If you really provide value and give people a reason to keep going then they won’t want to go away. Like a free webinar that leads into a mini-course. That would show enough value to make them want to buy your online course etc.
