It sucks to be “well actually-d,” it’s frustrating when that person knows nothing and it becomes very traumatic when you are being “well actually-d” without sufficient and up to date evidence on things that are culturally relevant to you.

You highlight the reason why the voices and experiences of black people (specifically black women) cannot be ignored or push aside to ease white feelings and white opinions. Let this be a lesson white people, sometimes y’all just need to shut the f*ck up and listen. :)
