Ethical Investments for the No-Longer-Broke

You alluded to the challenge of ESG/SRI/Impact investing. Specifically, we all want to do “good” but what is “good”? Is Nuclear good (as the best producing alternative energy) or a bad (as it is not the place we want to end up long-term and still has some really bad waste, just not of the climate change variety). Do you try to eliminate the bad or do you seek out the good? Once you define “good”, do you hold the best “good” in each sector (i.e. the best ESG oil over the worst ESG tech) or only the good sectors (no oil, all tech). This all assumes your screens are effective at quantifying good.
