😊Good news is Parcel already has this covered! https://en.parceljs.org/assets.html#scss just gotta npm install node-sass and include an import to your main SCSS file inside your main scripts.js.

Only thing is I believe with the default config adding liquid in the SCSS here will cause compile errors. I find the need to use liquid inside SCSS is pretty rare anyway though and for asset URLs it’ll still work as you can put quotes around the liquid like background-image: url("{{ 'my-image.png' | asset_url }}");.
