How do you ponderate users who do not reply to your email at all.

Fiess Edouard I don’t think it’s skewed feedback — a ton of people responded who had no idea what our product did. I don’t think the feedback will be perfectly representative of all users, but it’s better than the alternatives (having no idea).
You can always ask them further questions to understand if you want to listen to those people, or figure out if they’re your target persona.
