In our society, there is a lot of love, but also a lot of pain due to high expectations. It’s by the carelessness of others, or even by the fierceness of others.
Since pain is part of life; it can be difficult to shut out.
What you can do, however, is deal wisely with the bruises of life. That’s called mental-hygiene.
You can practice mental-hygiene by talking to friends or writing about it.
There is only one problem here, too many people don’t realize that all they need is a portion of self-care, the right amount of mental hygiene.
Nothing will ever change if you don’t do, if you don’t act, if you don’t fulfill.
The key to everything is doing.
Look at the world.
There is so much that interests you only because someone was active.
The apartment you live in, the car you drive, the computer you are using — your smartphone, what you eat every day, and and and.
All of these things only exist because someone was hard-working.
And no matter what your endeavors, without doing, you will not cause progress.
