Lil Goblins DAO is created to collect cc0 arts and support cc0 artists. The partnership between The PASS and Lil Goblins DAO plans to build a more transparent DAO treasury tracking ecosystem together to offer users a smooth experience and deep dive data into treasury while they are exploring the DAOs.
Lil Goblins DAO utilizes Nouns DAO’s fork of Compound Governance and is the main governing body of the Lil Goblins ecosystem. The Lil Goblins DAO treasury receives 100% of ETH proceeds from daily Lil Goblin auctions. Each Lil Goblin is an irrevocable member of Lil Nouns DAO and entitled to one vote in all governance matters. Lil Goblin votes are non-transferable (if you sell your Lil Goblin the vote goes with it) but delegatable, which means you can assign your vote to someone else as long as you own your Lil Goblin.
