TROACO is a fascinating use-case for NFTs, collectible music with utility and provable ownership, which fuses technology & art in a new, innovative and affordable direction. Just connect your wallet and add some Rare Vandal to your collection!

Re-introducing The Rebirth of a Classic Obsession (TROACO) — Rare Vandal’s 2nd studio album, recorded between 2005–2007 it features 13 songs and is the most defining compilation of his work ever assembled. This project is a dedication to Vandal’s best friend Illsteez, who produced Street Food, Chameleon and GLS. Rest In Power!

Track List:

A Song: A Song is a collection of memories stitched together like an auto-biography and delivered with passion over a smooth jazzy rhythm

Toronto: A powerful dedication highlighting spaces, places and time, Toronto is Vandal’s hometown anthem.

Great Escape: Looking into the mirror Vandal finds his purpose in life through the Great Escape, where travel and music merge.

Lalala: A fusion of Dangdut & Hip Hop, Lalala is a fun reflection of the time Vandal has spent in Indonesia.

Lion City: Break to the fast pace of what is known as the Singapore experience with this ode to the Lion City.

Street Food: The title is self-evident, Vandal’s appreciation of curbside cuisine is on display in this Illsteez produced track.

Dusty Wonton: Ever run a Chinese restaurant? Here’s to imagining Vandal & Masia One serving up the Dusty Wontons for the hungry masses.

KLX: The sequel to his hit single ‘KL’ Vandal is back with another dedication to his ‘second home’ the city of Kuala Lumpur featuring Daly and Mizz Nina.

Chameleon: As a traveller, the one thing we learn is to adapt to any circumstance, just like a Chameleon this track features the vocals of Sairupa.

GLS: Bridging the cultural gap between Mandarin & English through Hip Hop, Grand Lotus Supreme (GLS) features members of Yin T’Sang from Beijing.

Essence: Metaphorical to the essence of being, embodied in and through music this hard hitting banger features cuts from Professor Fingers.

Mongolia: Self-evident from the title, capturing moments and movements in Mongolia reflecting Vandal’s travels to the capital of the Mongol Empire.

Effected: The triumph of love over hate, Vandal touches on the effects of focusing on the positive elements of life in his attempts to find balance.
