At this point it seems that any bit of information would be helpful. But finding out what refugees were in the vicinity at the same time as the Ghost Boat seems like an overwhelming task. With no official record of who was sailing on a refugee boat at that time it seems the only way to glean any information would be for those refugees to see the Ghost Boat story online and respond accordingly.
