Even though Measho said he did not give the refugees on the Ghost Boat a satellite phone — his statements have not always been solid — what if they did have a satellite phone? I am sure records of satellite phone calls are stored somewhere and are accessible. There could have been other satellite phone calls the day the Ghost Boat disappeared. This would at least verify his statement that he did not give them a satellite phone. But maybe other clues could be gleaned from these records. Refugees from other boats that called from the Mediterranean on the same day or around the same time could be questioned about what they saw that day.
