KYC Guideline

Dear Darbians,
In response to many questions regarding KYC process, we have prepared for you a guideline that, we hope, will help you get through the verification process smoother and quicker!

Currently, we accept documents in English, Chinese and Polish. If your document is not in the language just mentioned, we kindly ask for an English sworn translation of the document you want to upload.

Please note that documents bearing the marks of adulteration in the content will be rejected and the accounts blocked.

Please remember to always enter all data required during verification without leaving any empty forms. Data provided in a form must match to the data on the document.

Identity document

The document must be valid, in good quality (preferably a scan of the original document), with visible four corners. We will not accept a print out of the document.

Acceptable documents:

ID, Passport, Driver’s license

Not acceptable documents:

Residence card, Selfies ;) and any other document that is not mentioned in “acceptable documents”.

INFORMATION FOR USERS FROM RUSSIA: Please do not upload your Internal Passports. We accept only International versions.

Proof of address

The document must be no older than 3 months, in good quality, with visible recipient's address, name, and surname. The name and surname on this document must match the identity document.

Acceptable documents:

Utility bill (Gas, water, electricity), Tax bill, Bank statement, Insurance agreement

Bank statement:

a printed record of the balance in a bank account and the amounts that have been paid into it and withdrawn from it, issued periodically to the holder of the account.

Utility Bill:

The amount a household is expected to pay for electricity, water and/or gas each month.

Tax bill:

The amount of tax that a person must pay in a particular period.

Insurance agreement/policy:

The insurance policy is a contract between the insurer and the insured, known as the policyholder, which determines the claims which the insurer is legally required to pay.

Not acceptable documents:

Documents that are not directly connected to your home address (for example TAXI bills such as 嘀嘀打车, shopping bills etc.), Bank transfer confirmation, Customer Account Information Modification Form, Household registration (户口本), Mobile phone bills, Internet TV bills, Selfies ;) and any other document that is not mentioned in “acceptable documents”.

Please note that the compliance team in case of any doubts regarding provided documents has the right to ask for another document or additional information.
