The bulk of An American Conversation Podcast’s content consists of interviewing notable TERFs and notable figures in anti-transgender activism from all over the world and spreading transphobic misinformation and propaganda on dozens of podcast sources and social media platforms dating back several years. The fact that the majority of their guests are anti-transgender activists is very conveniently omitted from their materials. An American Conversation Podcast juxtapose casual transphobes from their personal social circle with politically organized extremists from all over the world.

Rose Medina MSSW and Sandra Currie are outspoken TERFs. Leland Heflin co-founded and co-hosts a TERF show on which she spouts TERF lore and conspiracy theory, lies about transgender people, deadnames and consistently misgenders with dramatic and deliberate emphasis and beams with sunny enthusiasm about anti-transgender activists and TERF groups. She’s “not a TERF.” Leland Heflin and Rose Medina MSSW are personal friends with transphobic blogger and hate page designer William A. Ferguson. Lierre Keith contributes to discourse at Rose Medina MSSW’s personal Facebook page. Infamous TERF Cathy Brennan (“Radical Feminism by the Sea”) contributes to discourse at Rose Medina MSSW’s personal Facebook page using a pseudonym account titled “Tallon Kiehn Nuñez.” An American Conversation Podcast plugs conservative TERF Stella O’Malley’s conversion therapy network Genspect in a series of propaganda videos titled “Parents in Despair.” An American Conversation Podcast are Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull (“Posie Parker”) supporters.
