This is the trailer for my new film, Dare to Dream: Cuba’s Latin American Medical School, also known as ELAM. This film and transmedia project explore the global impact of ELAM to improve health for the world’s economically struggling communities. More than 26,000 doctors have graduated from ELAM since its inception in 1999, including 145 US doctors on full scholarship. This is their story. Can one medical school change the world?
