How we structure our work and teams at Basecamp
Jason Fried

I just love the idea of a company where anyone can say “I don’t like how this works” or “this is broken” or “what if we did X”. It inspires a constant desire to improve, to focus on the right things at the right time, and gives people a great deal of empowerment. I’m thinking now of how I can start incorporating these concepts into our (very small, 2 man operation) company. I feel like we don’t do enough “x is broken, here’s how I propose to fix it”, and it is likely holding us back from succeeding at a greater level. Thanks for the post Jason Fried!
