About Us

DarkCrypto Finance is a DEFI app launched on Cronos in January 2022. After six months after the launch, we are the largest DEFI app and ecosystem with various products on Cronos, with the highest TVL is 270M.

Since then, we have established DarkCrypto Foundation to develop our ecosystem more efficiently. We invest in our and other projects to serve the users of multichain and generate profits that we redistribute to the governance token holders of the core ecosystem.

With a substantial reserve of human resources, experience, and community support, we aim to develop more and more highly trusted products for more chains.

Today we are delighted to introduce a new product of the DarkCrypto Ecosystem — OPX. This protocol promises to be the next Optimism giant, bringing tremendous benefits to its users and the DarkCrypto Ecosystem.

What is OPX.Finance?

Firstly, OPX is a fork from GMX.IO — a new kind of Decentralized Exchange designed to provide a large range of trading features and very deep liquidity on many large cap crypto assets.

Traders can use it in two ways:

Spot trading, with swaps and limit orders.
Perpetual futures trading with up to 30x leverage on short and long positions.

Trading is supported by a unique multi-asset pool that earns liquidity providers fees from market making, swap fees and leverage trading.

Dynamic pricing is supported by Chainlink Oracles and an aggregate of prices from leading volume exchanges.

OPX.Finance Key Features ?

OPX.Finance aims to become the best solution for traders who want to keep control of their capital at all times without sharing their data. Its innovative design gives it many advantages over other existing DEXes as follows:

No price Impact

The main innovation at the heart of OPX.Finance is the multi-asset pool. This feature allows the platform to have shared liquidity across all the assets it supports.

Here’s how it works:

For every X amount of assets deposited in the pool, an equivalent dollar amount of index tokens, named OPP, are minted. A liquidity provider can withdraw at any time by burning OPP in exchange for any asset in the pool. When you trade with OPX, price is using ChainLink Oracle and FastPriceFeed (aggregator from large exchanges), not depending on the amount of token in the pool so users can swap large volumes without price impact.

Optimize Investment Efficiency

Since the start the liquidity pool will contain 4 tokens (BTC, ETH, USDC, OP).

Going further down the rabbit hole, let us explain how it will optimize your crypto investment. By itself each OPP token is around ~$1 USD, with 30% of BTC, ETH, USDC and 10% OP. Each OPP token is able to power $1 USD worth of open interest in our perpetuals DEX. When you provide liquidity to the pool, it’s likely that you are investing in both BTC, ETH, USC and OP at a safe rate, it’s good point for long term investment.

Safe for Leverage Trader

To set the price of each asset, the platform aggregates Chainlink and Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) pricing from major DEXes and CEXes.

This pricing mechanism benefits leverage traders in a huge way because it reduces the risk of liquidation from the temporary wicks you find on some exchanges. These scam wicks often come from whales manipulating the order books to liquidate other traders.

OPX Tokenomic and Presale

OPX is OPX.Finance governance and utility token. Holders are incentivised to stay in for the long run, with many rewards that will quickly accumulate. OPX holders can join governance voting to decide profit distribution and new development for the project. In addition, OPX can be used for all utility of DarkCrypto Foundation Applications (Dark Roll, Dark Lottery, DarkVerse games …)

The Max supply of OPX is 3M, with the total supply depends on how much Fund raised in the Presale program. More details about presale will be introduced laters.

OPX Governance will receive 35% fees collected from protocol. Users have to lock DarkCrypto NFT and their OPX token to vote how this fund will be distribute:

Profit Share: This part for all veOPX staker
Project own Liquidity: This fund is used to buyback OPX and add liquidity
Dev Treasury: This part is Dev Fund for development
Buyback and Burn: Buy back OPX and burn it forever.
DarkCrypto DAO: this part is come back to DarkCrypto Foundation

More things to vote from the OPX GOVERNANCE will be released later. Users will decide how the protocol will work and develop.
