Introducing the Migration and DarkFoundation

Dear fellow Dark fans,

We could feel the ETH merger’s excitement on the entire crypto market and how it boosted our confidence after months of winter deficits. Right here, at DarkCrypto Finance, there is also a merger, smaller in size but with the same halo impact on the entire community.

We are excited to announce the full details of what the community has been waiting for: The migration to $DCF and DarkFoundation.

I. What is DarkFoundation?

DarkFoundation is the upgraded version of DarkCrypto DAO Fund. Until now, DarkCrypto DAO Fund has only one objective: buy back DARK. But with DarkFoundation, the purpose is manifold.

All profit from DarkVerse dApps (DarkSquid, DarkVegas, DarkSport, DarkAuto) will be poured into DarkFoundation. Part of this profit is spent to reward $DCF (DarkCrypto Foundation token) in the form of $WCRO (required staking DarkNFTs), and the others will be used for other purposes of strengthening our ecosystem and reinvestment into other upcoming projects.

In addition, DarkFoundation will invest in other projects to gain adequate exposure and potential partnerships. As we are on our way to decentralizing the functioning of DarkCrypto, the voting platform is where you can discuss your ideas and contributions with the core team and other users. To decide how each project plays out, $DCF holders will make suggestions as project investors and use their voting power to make it happen.

With a solid community base, products, and current revenue stream, DarkCrypto Foundation is a real player to invest in for upcoming projects. It is expected to bring DAO a steady monthly revenue stream that will strengthen the entire ecosystem and reward $DCF holders.

II. The Merger of DarkCrypto Tokens

To enhance liquidity and capital efficiency for users, We are introducing the conversion of users’ balances of all existing DarkCrypto Ecosystem tokens into a single token called $DCF. Its primary purposes are to empower users with more chances to contribute to the direction of DarkCrypto and to benefit the community by distributing profits from the entire ecosystem via staking $DCF and NFTs. In detail, the higher the profits, the greater the gains distributed among users and the lower the risk of undesirable effects, such as Impermanent Loss.

2. Converting rate

The ratio is a fixed rate for migration based on the market price of each token at the time of deploying the contract and the initial price of $DCF ($0.2)
The market price of each token is based on data from Coingecko.

3. Important note:

There’s no other way to convert those tokens into $DCF anymore after the migration time.
All converted tokens and unspent $DCF allocated for the conversion will be burnt after the migration.
The migration is OPTIONAL. You can convert your token to $DCF or hold and trade it as before. However, after September 23, all rewards pools for DCOF, DCRO, DUSDT, DUSDC, DBTC, DETH, and DSGD to earn a $SKY reward will end.
The Boardroom will no longer emit DCOF, DCRO, DUSDT, DUSDC, DBTC, DETH, and DSGD after the migration. DARK will be the only inflation reward in the Boardroom.
Each current protocol will function as it does now, during, and after the migration.
