Why Twitter’s Dying (And What You Can Learn From It)

I have attempted to use Twitter a few times but just didn’t like the format. Not suprising that there are are many negatives going on out there in Twitter land. People cannot discuss anything with limited speech. So if you are mad about something and want to express that, you are pretty much limited to name calling a la Donald Trump. He is the perfect example of what I imagine a Twitter user is…reality star or news personality drumming up attention without substance.

You make many good points about the business model. It reminds me of the executives at drug companies saying they are there to make money, not to help people, when they raise prices and potentially kill their customer base. Where is the board of directors who should be watching that big picture? Same place as the execs at Twitter.

With Instagram and messaging apps, Twitter is pretty irrelevant today.

Good job!
