Doing meditation doesn’t mean it always has to be spiritual. Sometimes it can just be the activity of being alone, taking deep slowed breaths, and sitting in a peaceful setting (like the person in the picture above). Having this alone time is needed, even if your personality is extroverted- I believe everyone should practice meditation.

It doesn’t even have to be long, it can also just be a few minutes. Meditation can bring calm and peace in your mentality because everything is going on in your head. With meditation, you’re able to have the time to clear your head and recollect yourself mentally.

So even if you come across a bad day, you still have peace within your mind.
