What Kind of Logo Do You Get for $5?
Sacha Greif

Interesting piece. However I dispute your position that Fiverr itself is pushing fraudulent product. They are providing a platform for commerce of various kinds, some of which are under the hammer. Take the unfortunate book reviewers, now the subject of an Amazon law suit, as just one example. There are always people willing to abuse such platforms until they’re caught. Is there a way to rule out such abuse and still provide a thriving commercial hub? I don’t think so. the Internet is a hotbed of plagiarism. And does anyone really believe they’re going to get a stunning original design for $5?

In Fiverr’s defence (I am not affiliated with them in any way), I have had some completely brilliant technical help fixing a hacked website. And it cost me next to nothing. Go figure…
