Activating Hebrew Keyboard
Helping out @WisdomInRed:
Locate & tap on Settings app…

…then locate & tap on General menu option.

On the right side, scroll down & tap on Keyboard menu option…

…then tap on Keyboards button (it will appear on next screen at the top).

Next tap on the Add New Keyboard… button…

…which will pop a new window on your screen.

Scroll down towards until you see Hebrew & tap on the button (it will add it as an option).

Once added you should see it in the Keyboards screen.

To test it out, open up a notepad or browser & tap on the Weird Globe Icon next to the space bar…

…which will change your keyboard to the next available option (if you have more than one keyboard).

Tap on the Hebrew lettered button to activate Hebrew keyboard.

To get vowels, tap & hold (also known as a long press) on the Hebrew Letter!

That’s it! Have fun!
Also these same instructions will work for iPhone (just on a much smaller screen!).
