In the initial stages of his job, Jose Pineiro of Miami handled the responsibility of developing a new requisition system for cruise ships. Thereafter in December 2000, after completing the requisitions project and the year 2000 “Y2K” conversion, he has been promoted to the position of IT manager and assigned to the development and implementation of a new HR system using a new technology.
