What If We Decided To Ditch All Our Excuses And Commit?

Imagine if we ditched the excuses, going all in no matter what, dropping the mask, being vulnerable and taking criticism in order to grow and achieve our dreams.
What do we really have to lose?
We live our lives often paralysed by fear, fear of what others think, fear of not being able to reach our goals and dreams because we lack something. We hold the belief that we are not meant for greatness, that we are not truly special.
Putting ourselves second, third, fourth and sometimes not at all, convincing ourselves that the timing isn’t right, that we will get there someday, while the months and years continue to pass us by.
These excuses are our fears convincing us that our financial and family obligations must come before our desires to chase our dreams, living too often in the now, rather than the spiritual realm of our creativity and passion.
Working until it loses meaning, paying our bills, our mortgages, our debts in the belief that this is the right thing to do while everyday forgetting the inner child within that hoped and dreamed of greatness. That child with the excitable energy that flowed when we spoke, smiled and laughed about all that we could be.
Our inner child who proudly wore these moments of passion like a badge, allowing this vibrant energy to rush through them when their creativity was sparked, these unbelievable surges engulfed their heart and spirit with possibilities, lighting them up and beaming outward for all to see.
This incredible energy that still exists within, overtakes us in moments of pure passion for it is our inner child reaching out to the world and screaming there is more to you than you understand, don’t stop, don’t give in for you hold the key to opening yourself up and sharing your true inner self with the world.
So what if we decided to commit to ourselves, our dreams and our future, what if we ditched the bullshit going all in, what if we developed the courage to turn the key opening our true inner selves for all the world? What incredible magic could we share, what unbelievable change would ensue for our friends, our families, ourselves and all those we meet, what beautiful chain reaction of love and excitement would this allow?
We should not allow our futures to be held back by the fears of doubt, criticism and failure but rather confront those fears with the mindset of:
What if I ditched the excuses?
What if I did commit?
What if I ACTUALLY went all in?
WHAT IF?
