I think your article may be a bit misleading to UX beginners – you’re talking about usability testing, not user testing.
Perhaps if you focused on one kind of usability test, like performance test which seems to be the subject here, but also point to others, it would be a great starting point for designers just starting with usability testing.
Otherwise, it’s a great list. I sometimes have difficulties engaging the whole team, but it’s super useful to get everyone in front of end users eventually. Reports are not so good at that. (Or I’m a bad narrator.)
