Our entire project workflow is organized in Notion. Each client has access to a dedicated project page, where they can track real-time updates, see the weekly plan, and view the overall project timeline. All important documents and meeting recordings are stored in one place, ensuring easy access for both our team and the client. This keeps everything transparent and enhances collaboration.
2) Project Timeline
At the start of every project, we create a detailed timeline that outlines each stage of the process. This allows us to stay on top of deadlines and avoid delays. Clients also benefit from knowing exactly when they will receive updates or approvals, allowing them to manage their time efficiently. We prioritize both our time and our clients’ time to maintain a smooth workflow.
3) Weekly Report
We maintain consistent communication throughout the project by sending weekly reports. These updates summarize what has been completed, what’s scheduled for the following week, and whether we need any additional information. This way, clients never feel like we’ve gone silent, even during longer project phases.
