This was a strictly for profit move. They want you to buy A-list. Always be suspicious when a company takes away something they were doing that benefited you “for your own good.” I’m quite capable of deciding that myself, thank you. What they don’t discuss is that they also removed the “find a user” feature. Suppose you see someone on line that you’d like to write, but don’t have the time. In the past, the find a user feature enabled you to later relocate them with no effort, Now you might have to browse forever (not even knowing for certain if they still have a profile).

OKCupid, please stop “helping” me. You’re pretty bad at it.
