Can career tests help you?

Career tests — in and of themselves — do not reveal anything but data. That data must be turned into information. And, that information must be turned into actionable advice. Otherwise, the tests are fun and somewhat interesting but of limited use.

Those who have been frustrated by career tests usually have expected the tests to provide the “answer” to what they should for a career. No such test can do so. The tests are not endpoints, but rather starting points in helping gather intrapersonal career wisdom.
