— In what country is participation in your ICO denied?

Dataeum Tokens (XDT) shall not be marketed, offered, or sold to the residents of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, and Taiwan), South Korea, Japan, the United States, including the State of New York, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any other possessions of the United States.

— Where is your company based?

The team is based in Paris and Barcelona, and the company is registered in Estonia.

— Will you have offices all over the world? What about Africa especially?

Information about this will be passed across in due time, but we sure hope to grow.

— Do you have a bounty program?

Yes, please follow this link: https://bountyhive.io/join/Dataeum

— Do you have a private round?

The private round has ended. Pre sale will start on October 1 with the following bonus schedule:

Week 1: 30%

Week 2: 25%

Week 3: 20%

Week 4: 15%

Week 5: 10%

— Does your pre sale have a minimum contribution? Is it the same as the crowd sale?

Yes, it does, and no, it’s not the same.

1 ETH / 0.05 BTC / 500 USD for the pre sale and 0.25 ETH / 0.014 BTC / 100 USD for the crowd sale. No maximum contribution has been set.

— Can I donate my kidney?

Sorry, but we accept only ETH, BTC and fiat money.

— How are you going to improve the project?

First, the team will implement the collection of stores into the blockchain. Then, Dataeum will improve its application and open the solution to all available physical data (roads, traffic signs and lights, benches etc.)

The collection of physical data worldwide will open new fields of data exploitation such as:

Census of all elements of the urban landscape: vegetation, cycle paths, electric terminals, waste bins, telephone booths, sanitary facilities, sports complexes, etc.;

Optimisation of journeys for people with reduced mobility by identifying all pavements and their characteristics;

Identifying visual failures of elements of the public space: damages in the roadway, uncollected garbage, defective ticket machines, etc. so that they can be fixed more quickly by local institutions.

A gamification model will be implemented in the app to boost mass adoption and incentivize the community to contribute. Loyalty and contributions will be rewarded with Dataeum Tokens (XDT).

— What sort of “Know Your Client” info would be required?

Same as other KYCs: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, proof of identity.

— Will you work with centralised companies that abuse data?

No, this is the ethos of the project. Nowadays, data’s value is controlled by large corporations that are using humans to generate it by their actions, movements and behaviors. Dataeum will disrupt the existing paradigm so that data will no longer be exploited at the expense of individuals who create it.

Dataeum’s crowdsourcing based solution is the only one able to reach 100% of any data. Its decentralized process enables the verification of 100% of the data collected.

— What’s the official email of Dataeum?
