The opinion you formed after reading that Davao’s numbers were mentioned to be worse than other cities is your interpretation. In fact, the article mentioned that the numbers of the other cities were “better” but you insisted on your formed opinion, which is obviously pushing for an agenda. And I completely agree, “You can never change the mind of a person who already made up his own mind.”

To find faults in an article that has proven with data that all the claims of Davao are apparently not true, is your cause and you probably have your reasons.
